* All Contractors working at guest floors and areas should be in their company uniform.
* All Contractors should receive Safety induction prior to commencing work.
* Before entering to work, please get familiarized with the assembly point location.
* In case of emergency please contact the emergency number 5559 from any hotel extension or 02-8135559.
* Drilling, excavation, and hot work must be informed separately.
* If any accident happens, ROSEWOOD HOTEL ABU DHABI is not responsible; it is under permit receiver’s risk.
* Work should be carried out within the permit time only. Additional time if needed should be requested through new work permit.
* Permit receiver should be present always in the site.
* No equipment / materials shall be left unattended at any time whatsoever the reason maybe.
* Any damages or theft in the permit area, the responsibility comes under the permit receiving company.
* Area should be cleaned before leaving the workplace. “Clean as you GO”.

* Abu Dhabi Summer lunch break for working outside is implemented from 12:30pm to 3pm from Jun 15 to Sep 15.
